To Our Customers:

In response to Governor Whitmer's stay at home order, our warehouse is currently CLOSED for pickups.  We have put together a list of frequently asked questions below.

When will you reopen? At this time, we are planning to reopen on Tuesday, April 14.

Will I be charged storage fees?  You will not be charged storage fees until 14 days after we reopen. In most cases, the storage fees should not even show up on your invoice, but if they do, please do not pay them.  We will waive them at the time you pickup your items.

An item I purchased is important!  Can any special arrangements be made?  For essential items, we may be able to make special arrangements for the items to be picked up.  Please give us a call at 616-559-0047.

What happens if I show up to your warehouse?  Can I get my items?  If you made prior arrangements, call us when you get here and we will get items to your vehicle. Otherwise, please keep in mind our doors will be locked and you will not be able to get inside.

When will new auctions be posted?  This has not yet been determined.  Most likely, however, a new auction will not be posted until the stay at home order is lifted and we resume normal operations.
